Appleton Netball Club

The Sparrowhawks are an Appleton Netball Club Year 10 squad. Formed just two years ago, they started out with a few slightly wobbly matches while everyone worked out who should be where and which way to run. Since then, the team (and their increasingly loud supporters) have found their rhythm.

Last season the Sparrowhawks finished top of the Year 9/10 Premier League...undefeated. Not bad for a team that only recently stopped looking surprised when things went their way! Over the past two years they’ve picked up tournament trophies and league titles.

They’re a talented, hard-working group who play great netball, always support each other on and off court, and keep things entertaining for everyone watching.
